Last week, Konstantin Korolevsky, Deputy Minister of Regional Development, participated in a meeting, which summed up the activities of the construction complex of the Lipetsk region in the past, 2010, and the tasks were set for the current year. This confirms that in solving the problem the active position is occupied by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. By the speed of housing, the Lipans were equal to the same indicators in France and Italy. In 2010, a total of 736,000 m2 housing was built in the region, and by the year 2015 the volume can grow to 4.5 million. According to Vladimir Tuchkov, the head of the construction and architecture department of the region, by the end of 2011 it is planned to commission 760,000 m2, which doubles last year’s volumes. There is everything for this – both the resources of the construction industry and the land plots.
The authorities claim that they will need the help of the federal budget for this. The head of the region Oleg Korolev said that with the help of the center, the region will be able to repeatedly increase the volume of commissioning of new housing.
Konstantin Korolevsky, in turn, announced that the Ministry of Regional Development develops new approaches that are aimed at increasing indicators in the industry. As for the withdrawal of economy class housing to the housing market, the authorities take measures in this direction to reduce the cost of construction. It is also expected to reduce the interest rate on loans, which are provided specifically for the integrated development of land plots.
