“In order to solve the problems of more than two hundred deceived investors who, by negligence, invested a lot of money in the Social Initiative FC back in 2008. To date, the regional law has been adopted, which stated that the developer will readily provide all the deceived depositors with a new living space, without any additional investments of material resources, ”the source said.
According to the interlocutor, in July, an open competition began on the choice of a legal entity, which in the future will be able to fulfill the crisis situation related to the fact that the past developers could not fulfill their obligations to their funds investing in them. This competition was attended by three land plots in the city of Smolensk, one on Marshal Eremenko Street and two on Peter Alekseev Street.
“According to the results of the competition, the winner was LLC UK Energoinvestgazstroy. It was he who for two years is obliged to finish the construction of buildings and provide all the deceived depositors with forty -one apartment. Eight three -rooms with an area of at least 82 square meters, nine two -rooms with an area of at least 62 square meters and 24 one -room with an area of at least 43 square meters, ”the source said.
He also stated that the commission included eight representatives of the public amateur performances of the city of Smolensk.
