Ginger tea is an excellent remedy for excess weight. Having warmed the body from the inside, it improves blood circulation, normalizes the metabolism and the work of internal organs. As a result, the body begins to independently get rid of everything unnecessary, including excessive fat.
In addition, ginger tea gives a powerful charge of vigor. In this regard, you should not drink it at night, otherwise you will never fall asleep. But in the morning, before the start of a busy day, tea with ginger can be an excellent alternative to coffee.
To prepare the drink, cut the root of ginger in small pieces and pour boiling water. Better to do it in a thermos. Let it brew for half an hour and drink before meals. You can add honey and lemon for taste.
You can also simply add dry chopped ginger (sold like seasoning in bags) in finished tea, directly into the cup. You will get a delicious fragrant drink that promotes weight loss and gives a tremendous charge of vigor for the whole day.
