The acquisition of a suburban residence is a serious step for a person
But the demand for self -sufficient buildings in Russia is small, apparently, recently, citizens have become more serious about their own health and, in particular, to the health of their children, which stimulates them to relocate around the city, look after food and direct attention to eco of their home. On my opinion, the acquisition of a suburban residence is a serious step for a person who thinks about his future. Our existing villages are not considered environmental in the classical consideration of this term, but, of course, we strive to take care of the health of our own inhabitants.
For example, the country village of Millennium Park arose from a clean field. A few years later, the construction of wooden houses and a desert area of 285 hectares turned into the village of Lux class, having picturesque park ensembles, artificial water canals, unique landscape compositions. And nearby with another village – Riverside – there was a reservoir around which the coastal zone was now ennobled, and playgrounds were equipped. In the winter, the lake turns into a modern skating rink located in the village of Greenfield. Near the rink there is a cafe and equipment rental – one of the large in the suburbs, and in the summer there is a beach that reminds of the best resorts in Europe.
