Rising prices in the secondary real estate market in Kharkov continues. The average cost of housing offers this month amounted to nine hundred and eighty dollars per square meter. According to the real estate agents of the city, the average cost of apartments is growing for the seventh month in a row. This increase in prices resembles a situation that has developed during the pre -crisis period.
The most important reason for the protracted increase in housing in Kharkov is the growth of a shortage of liquid apartments. Since the end of last year, the proposal has decreased by twenty percent, and demand has grown by fifteen percent. A sufficiently large shortage of two -room and one -room apartments is observed in all sleeping areas of Kharkov, which have a developed infrastructure and are located next to the metro.
