The posters will soon have an unusual choice of accommodation: a luxurious apartment building with 154 branches in the National Park. Over the past 30 years, the property was left by a hospital closed in the inscriptions on the walls where the violators drunk in working zones and shot in photographs of empty tracks in the morgue.
The restoration of the building is 78 years old, once the healthcare hospital is the largest reconstruction project, which was currently undertaken by a military town, a state agency established in 1996 to observe a military camp, a former military base in San Francisco, which is now 1 500-Acro National Park.
But unlike most parks, the military town has approximately 800 buildings, more than half of them listed on the system of accounting for the population of historical places. Keeping and supporting those old military barracks, quarters of officials, stables and other structures were an expensive problem.
Even more taming is that the financing of the Congress military town ends at the end of the year, when trust, as they expect, will be financially self -supporting, relying on the income from commercial and residential tenants, who gradually occupied the repaired administrative buildings of the military town and houses.
“We are led to independence in a couple of years – and we will do this,” said Craig Middleton, the head of the confidence of a military town. “In the financial year ’09, we made $ 70 million in income, and 95 percent of this were income from rent.”The annual operational estimate of the military town is approximately $ 56 million, which is used to support buildings and foundations and other administrative expenses.
That income from rent ranges from $ 9 million a year paid by Lucasfilm for the Letterman digital art center, a 23-Acro university town on the area of the Letterman hospital, and for the renters of $ 1,700 per modest apartments based. In early April, the house of a former official with six bedrooms with San Francisco, who considers the bay, was available to rent $ 980 per month.
While trust treated many reconstruction projects on their own, it joined the forestry enterprises on the restructuring of the healthcare service hospital, which will open this summer as significant apartments of the military town.
The six-story complex of apartments, on the southern edge of the park, will offer one-and apartments with two bedrooms and all the amenities of modern residence, including the Swiss, stainless steel devices, granite work surfaces, a sports center, a wine closet and a communal hall.
