Blackwood said that the first quarter of 2017 was not distinguished by some kind of revival in the wholesale land market of the Moscow Region. The largest number of plots was offered on Dmitrovsky (16%) and Novorizh (26%) directions. The smallest amount was on Rublevo-Uspensky (3%), Pyatnitsky (2%) and Kaluga (3%) directions. The most wholesale lands (25%) were located on the site 51 – 80 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. The most expensive far from one year the territory of the Rublevsky highway remains, the cost of which is about 14.5 thousand dollars for one hundred square meters. This is followed by the Kiev and Kaluga directions, where the cost of one hundred is 6,500 and 5,500 dollars, respectively. The largest number of plots in the first quarter for sale are located on a site of 15 – 30 kilometers from Moscow. This caused a slight increase in the average value of the hundreds in this territory. The proportion of large sections, the area of which starts from 50 hectares, is about 15 percent, remained unchanged. Among these sites, 65% of the proposals are agricultural land, mainly suitable for summer cottage construction. 24 percent of the proposals are sections of settlements (mainly for IZHS). Industrial lands account for 9 percent, for the lands of other destinations – another 2 percent.
