There is no fashion for a living outside the city
Touching upon the most important issues of suburban low -rise construction, experts first noted the problem of lack of trend and fashion for life outside the city among Nizhny Novgorod. Possessing a house in a cottage village is a style and lifestyle. Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region are ready to buy suburban real estate solely on the basis of issues of a relatively low price, and the culture of a suburban lifestyle is not very developed. This problem is strengthened by the insufficient formation of the rental market in the direction of suburban housing, ”the meeting participants summed up.
Developing the debate, the club members emphasized that the most important factor in the growth of the attractiveness of the suburban image of existence is the development of the infrastructure of cottage settlements. The lack of such infrastructure makes the full existence outside the city virtually impossible. The infrastructure is expensive, the laying of the formed infrastructure in the plan for building the village increases the cost of cottages and makes the project unprofitable, specialists concluded.
The meeting also noticed a weak development of mortgage programs and lending in the field of suburban construction. Misunderstanding the prospects, large requirements of the integrated development of areas, which is tanned for builders, also for the owners of houses – this is the circle of problems inherent in this area. The construction of cottages in credit is probably with the support of the state, or on the security of apartments. Again, the reason for the weak development of lending for suburban construction was called administrative obstacles.
At the end of the meeting, the club experts shared the experience of a suburban life, “on their land” – most of the experts either live in cottages or have property outside the city.
