The Government of Astrakhan is instructed to determine the plots for residential buildings for large families over the next month. To resolve the speedy allocation of land in those who need to improve housing conditions for large families of the Astrakhan region before the November cold, Governor Alexander Zhilkin instructed the heads of the municipalities, the representative of the REGNUM was told in the administration of the press service and information under the governor of the Astrakhan region. City Hall of the city is instructed to determine the full list of plots for housing for this category of citizens during September. The construction of houses in Astrakhan is currently waiting for 2.804 families from which applications for the allocation of land for four years were received, said the acting head of the Agency for the State Property Agency of the Astrakhan Region Vladimir Polyakov.
To date, only 193 land plots have been transferred to such families, in the first half of the twelfth year there were 82 sites. This year it is planned to provide about six hundred land plots. This work is inhibited in the Krasnoyarsk district, Narimanovsky, Enotaevsky, Volga and Akhtubinsky districts. More justifying, the heads of municipalities are the main reason for this situation by the lack of sufficient monetary amounts to ensure the transferred land plots of the necessary engineering infrastructure. Meanwhile, to this time 32.000 families received special certificates for the right to use the so -called maternal capital. However, only less than four billion rubles were spent on improving housing conditions. The governor claims that such a lag is unacceptable.
