A building of 609 square meters is located on a hill in a wooded area. An asphalt entrance is laid to the house.
During construction, architects encountered a number of problems. One of them is the underground waters that made their way here and there. As a result, it was decided to raise the structure to a powerful concrete platform to protect unwanted water.
Maximum efficiency – such a task faced the architects and they coped with it. The result is impressive: a modern building with a minimum of unnecessary details, simple, compact and at the same time functional house.
Another problem: uneven and limited area. The architects had to work hard to build a spacious structure with a panoramic view of the surrounding nature.
The interior of the house is made in a minimalist style and at the same time very functional. Large windows pass the maximum of natural light, and the bright morning sun creates a unique atmosphere in the premises.
