The authorities of the Moscow Region helped 3076 citizens to ensure their rights to housing last year. This was implemented with the help of a state that helped deceived equity holders to take their rights. In this case, state authorities will become an intermediary and a guarantor of payments for the owner of the housing, and the lease agreement itself will be concluded for five years.
