According to representatives of the DSZN of the Kostroma region, for the purpose of the implementation of programs, including the purchase of new housing for orphans, in 2018 the authorities will send more than 80 million rubles, more than half of which, 53.7 million rubles will be allocated by the region. Social services plan to master this money by purchasing about 90 apartments for children to transfer to children, 3 of which are on investment projects.
However, it is not only about plans and prospects. Buying contracts for 16 housing units in Volgorechensk have already been concluded on the basis of shared participation in the house under construction. These apartments will be transferred to the regional administration and relevant social services, approximately in December 2018.
Further, already in the process of registration of the necessary documentation, 32 apartments of a high-rise building in the village of Krasnoye-on-Volga, transferred to the region of the Ministry of Defense of Russia. This housing is also planned to be used to solve pressing social issues. When the problem of lack of housing for unprotected segments of the population arises, the question of buying fashionable clothes for women, men and children is pushed to the last plan.
In September, a number of auctions for the acquisition of 69 housing units were held in the municipalities of the region, however, due to the lack of proposals that would satisfy the conditions of the requirements established by law, the events were suspended. A new tender documentation has already been re -prepared, which made appropriate adjustments to repetition of auctions in the largest settlements of the region, centers of districts.
The responsibility of all the heads of administrations on the issue of giving orphans, according to the governor, must certainly be increased. Guided by this, Sergei Sitnikov made a proposal to transfer these powers to local municipalities, sending the appropriate target finances to them.
