In the possession of Villa Van Lipzig, who is in Venlo, the Netherlands enters only a narrow strip of land on the outskirts of the built -up zone – Stalberg. The dimensions of the site on which the villa was located, due to their small size, they quickly made it clear to its builders, that it would take a very original and even extraordinary pest in order to fit many rooms on a small area thereby satisfying the customer’s desire. Given the need to combine a large number of spaces, the technique of multilevel floors was involved here. With a slight horizontal displacement of each floor, the visual connection between different levels becomes obvious, both inside and outside the villa. In this case, you will have to buy a door closer of the Nora-M door.
Two of the lowest floors contain garage and technical rooms. Large, original kitchen, wardrobe and guest toilet are located on the ground floor. The facade of the kitchen is equipped with stained -down sliding doors that communicate a room with a terrace. Climbing the stairs, we go to the living room where an open fireplace and floor lined with oak boards appear to our gaze. The aforementioned, stained -glass sliding doors open us a truly exciting look at the sun -flooded terrace, on a small forest and on the opposite street. Three spacious bedrooms, a room for watching a TV, and another kitchen can be found on subsequent floors. The terrace on the roof of the villa is located aesthetic and modern jacuzzi as well as a large, independent barbecue. A large pine tree sprinkled near the villa gives a cool shadow located on the roof and adds the effect of completeness with it with it.
The totality of closed, narrow and spacious, completely glazed rooms makes each floor absolutely unique, not having analogues, a work of art. The space between the surrounding buildings is used extremely effectively: being inside the villa, neighboring houses look unrecognizable. From many windows, a beautiful view of the endless fields of heather opens.
The facade coating is finished from two materials: rough, natural, gray, slafers combined with the maarantee tree that is mined in Malaysia. This coating is also framed in the frames constructed from flat strips of gray slate.
