Necessary ingredients:
Paltus fillet,
olive oil,
carrot,
celery,
onion,
broccoli,

butter,

For sauce: flour, cream, garlic, fish broth, salt, parsley.
Method of preparation:

For the preparation of sauce 2 t. l. Pass the flour for 5 minutes. Grind the garlic, add milk to it and cook for several minutes over low heat. Then we combine with flour, stirring continuously so that the lumps do not form, add the fish broth to the resulting mixture and cook for another 3-4 minutes, and then add parsley and salt.
