European orange diet
The main products in this diet are oranges and boiled chicken eggs.
Its duration is 5 days for which you can get rid of 3-5 kg. In each of these 5 days, you should have 1 medium -sized orange and 1 rye cracker for breakfast. Tea or coffee without sugar and milk is allowed from drinks.
Menu for lunch and dinner depends on how many days your orange diet for losing weight lasts.
On the first day, eat 1 medium -sized orange, 1 boiled chicken egg and 2 rye crackers for lunch, washing them with low -fat kefir.
And for dinner, set a vegetable salad of green, cabbage and carrots seasoned with vegetable oil. Eat 2 boiled chicken eggs and 2 rye crackers for a snack. The drink allowed to you is tea without milk and sugar.
The menu on the second and third days coincide. Lunch is the same as on the first day. And for dinner, eat a small (125 grams) piece of boiled beef, 1 average orange and 1 rye cracker. All this is allowed to drink with low -fat kefir.
On the fourth day for lunch, eat 125 grams of low -fat cottage cheese or dietary cheese, eat 1 rye cracker, drinking everything with ugly non -fat yogurt.
For dinner, eat the same as the day before, a 125-gram piece of boiled beef, put it with a salad of 1 apple and fresh greenery, as well as rye cracker. Drink is allowed tea, preferably herbal, without milk and sugar.
On the fifth day, for lunch, let yourself 200 grams of boiled beef or low -fat fish, a salad of boiled beets, seasoned vegetable oil, and 1 rye cracker. Your drink is again tea without milk and sugar.
