For several years, Bulgarian realtors have been stating for a stable growing demand for real estate in this Black Sea country by Russian buyers.
There are many reasons for that – the first of them, of course, investment – citizens are looking for where they can reliably invest their capital.
Secondly, Bulgaria has been a member of the European Union, and since 2011 has joined the Schengen agreement – T. e. Schengen multivisa is now automatically issued upon receipt of permission to enter Bulgaria. About the cultural proximity of our peoples, the similarity of languages ββand religion to write simply too much. It is noteworthy that the greatest demand in the Bulgarian real estate market among Russian citizens is not in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or other large cities, but on the contrary, in small, located near the sea, settlements. There are real estate prices there, and life itself is much cheaper. For example, real estate at low prices in Pomoria, Bulgaria, is just ridiculous, by the standards of Russian Black Sea cities, money is a new two -room apartment with an area of ββ100 m2 will cost the buyer 45 thousand euros – in terms of rubles about 1.7 million. Not every Russian provincial city will find such prices! Add here a magnificent Black Sea climate, high -quality medical care and traditional cheapness of high -quality Bulgarian food products. It is also important to note that after a five -year period of property ownership, any law -abiding person automatically receives a residence permit in Bulgaria, thereby acquiring freedom of movement in European countries included in the Schengen zone.
