After that, he decided to apply to the city council for issuing a certificate of ownership of those objects that he built. The Goskomzem Odessa Office issued a certificate, according to which an enterprising Odessa owed the state for rent more than 2,000,000 hryvnias. To date, a criminal case has been instituted on this fact, which takes place under Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In the future, he may be behind bars for a period of 5 to 8 years. In addition, he will also be punished for unauthorized occupation of the land.
